1.2. As part of this agreement, you shall be granted the right to participate in a test lesson, which is designed to facilitate the online learning environment and enable the online teacher to evaluate your existing skills.

1.3. After completing each lesson, the online teacher will provide feedback and assign homework in the virtual classroom of the Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS is based on the Notion web app platform and powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), hereinafter referred to as "NOTION AI". Therefore, it is essential to have NOTION AI installed on your device.

1.4. The online teacher actively utilizes AI technologies such as NOTION AI, GPT-3.5, GPT-4, Anthropic Claude, Theb.Ai, Google Bard, Pi-AI, Perplexity, Llama2, and other AI tools to enhance the learning process. These tools are used for tasks such as summaries, analysis, prognosis, and designing customized programs tailored to students' personal needs.

The actual fees are published on the website of the online teacher at www.andrewliberman.org/tuitionfees.

3.2. Each package is valid within 45 days. After 45 days, all untaught lessons burn out and the fee is not refunded unless the package validity is extended for another 45 days.

4.5. Failure to appear within 10 minutes shall be deemed as an abandonment of the lesson, and the lesson shall be deemed as completed.

4.6. In the event that you decide to terminate your package and opt not to attend the remaining pre-ordered lessons, the regular price of the completed lessons will be deducted from the paid fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded within a period of 45 days. However, if you request termination after the expiration of the 45-day validity period of the package, your package will be terminated and the lessons will not be subject to refund.

4.7. In the event that you need to temporarily suspend your lessons (due to a business trip, holidays, sick leave, etc.), you are required to notify the teacher at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled lesson, specifying the precise date of your return. Your lessons can be placed on hold for a maximum duration of 10 days, and your package validity will be extended to 55 days. After the 10-day period, the provisions of item 3.2 shall be applicable.

4.8. In the event that the online teacher cancels the lesson, appropriate measures shall be taken to reschedule the lesson or provide an alternative arrangement, ensuring that you receive the full value of the lesson for which payment has been made. Furthermore, the validity of your lesson package shall be extended for an additional period of 3 days.

4.9. The online teacher provides a guarantee that you will receive prior notification of any cancellations or changes to the lesson at least 8 hours in advance. In the event that this notification is not provided, one additional lesson will be added to your package, and its validity will be extended by an additional 3 days.
